How can my company use incentive travel programs? Destinations of Excellence

Does my company have to purchase the travel packages before they're offered? Absolutely not. You can purchase them when you're ready to award them.

Are your travel packages for two? Most are, but you can choose the number of recipients for each trip.

How long does it take to receive our certificate order? 10 business days or less after we receive payment.

Incentive Flight Certificates

Is there a minimum purchase? None—you can even order a single Flight Certificate.

Can our company purchase First Class certificates? Flight Certificates can be purchased for Coach, Business or First Class travel and are valid for at least one year from the date of issue. Recipients decide where and when they want to use them. They'll earn frequent flyer miles too.

Are there restricted travel dates for airline travel? There are minimal blackout dates. Call us for the specifics.

Can Flight Certificates be customized? Yes, for bulk orders. Personalize them with your company's name or message—free of charge.

How do recipients use their Flight Certificate? By calling, at their convenience, the toll-free number printed on their certificates.

Must all flights originate in the U.S.? On American Airlines, travel can originate in Europe, Hawaii or Canada.

Are there additional fees passengers must pay? Passengers are responsible for the airport departure fee, security fee and a small processing fee upon redemption.

Hotel Certificates

Can I offer my customers or prospects as little as a single night at a hotel? No problem. The same is true if you want to offer two nights, a long weekend, or a week. You name the length of stay, we'll make it happen.

When I purchase a hotel room, are breakfast and taxes included? Often they are, but not always. Check with us for specifics.

Do you have specialty packages? Yes, some of our packages include suites, spa experiences, golf, individual tours and much, much more.

AAdvantage® Miles

How do I sign up to purchase American Airlines AAdvantage® miles? Your application will be reviewed by American Airlines to ensure compatibility with the AAdvantage® program. If approved, you will enter into a contractual agreement with American Airlines.

What happens after I complete the application to participate in the AAdvantage® Marketing Programs? You will receive an e-mail from American Airlines, which includes information for purchasing miles.

Do AAdvantage® miles purchased by my company expire? AAdvantage® miles expire in 24 months after purchase. Once AAdvantage® miles are awarded to an individual AAdvantage® member's account, they will not expire provided the member has account activity in a rolling 18-month period.

What if some of my employees or customers are not AAdvantage® members? How can AAdvantage® miles be awarded to them? There is no fee to become an AAdvantage® member. Anyone can become an AAdvantage® member simply by enrolling at www.aa.com.

How long will it take for AAdvantage® miles to be posted to a recipient's AAdvantage® account? Miles will be posted in approximately 72 hours.

How will an employee or customer be notified when the AAdvantage® miles have been credited to his/her account? Miles awarded by your company will be reported in members' activity detail, which members can review via www.aa.com.

How does Perfect Places work? Now businesses can offer our fabulous destination travel packages to their employees and customers while supporting their favorite charity! Offer your employees a great benefit, they will value the preferred travel rates and at the same time, meet your company’s charitable giving goals.

Can you help to connect us with a charity? We can assist you to connect to the right type of non profit organization for your company. Your cooperative efforts will gain you visibility and publicity – you can demonstrate your social responsibility and "do well by doing good."

Are the trips transferable? Absolutely! Once the trip is purchased, it can be given to anyone the purchaser designates, or used as a wonderful gift.

Are there restrictions or black out dates? There are very few restricted dates of travel and all terms and conditions are listed on each trip. No hidden fees or limitations!

Do you offer Customer Support? Our travel experts will be happy to answer your questions, make recommendations, share advice and guide you through the process from start to finish.
